JUNMAI DAIGINJO

寺尾ブランドロゴ

Japanese craftsmanship,
passed down through generations.

Expressed in a single glass.

STORY

A Japanese Sense of Beauty,
Passed Down Through Generations

Sake has been shaped by Japan's land and culture.

Rice, carefully cultivated.
Water, drawn from the natural landscape.
Koji, tended
with patience.
Craftsmanship, passed from one generation to
the next.

TERAO brings this enduring Japanese sensibility to life
in a single glass of Junmai Daiginjo.

THE MAKER'S PHILOSOPHY

A Timeless Approach to
Sake-Making

Rice and water, nurtured by nature.
We honor these gifts
by giving careful attention
to every stage of the brewing process.
Our aim was to create a clear, refined sake—
one that reflects the delicate beauty of Japanese sake.
TERAO is brewed in collaboration with Yano Shuzo,
a sake brewery in Saga Prefecture with more than 230 years of history.
Each batch is brewed with patience,
guided by generations of knowledge and experience.
